HPSPOOLID gives wrong spoolfile ID if duplicate job number in spooler.          
                                                                                
The HPSPOOLID variable may not contain the correct spoolfile ID for the         
                                                                                
job that the variable is assigned for.  This can occur under the                
following conditions:                                                           
                                                                                
- The job numbers have rolled around and are being used a second time.          
- There are still spoolfiles in the spooler from the previous instance
