External Symptoms, Cause, Fix Description
=========================================
Despite creating a KSAM64 file with the REUSE option, it is still
possible that, over time, the file will fill up and still contain
deleted records. Fwrite to the file results in END OF FILE (FSERR 0).
There is a defect in the management of the deleted records which can
result in them not being reused. This problem happens when records
are deleted from a KSAM64 file.
This patch corrects the problem. Note that since this problem is in
the delete (fremove) operation, the installation of this patch will not
recover the space from KSAM64 files which is already lost. They will
need to be unloaded, rebuilt and reloaded.
