External Symptoms, Cause, Fix Description

UPDATE or INSTALL from CSLT created during installation of patch MPEMXT3        
fails with "BOOO DEAD" message on MPE/iX 7.0 or 6.5 (MPEMXT3 "B" for 7.5 does   
not have this problem).  Alternatively, the  MPEMXT3 patch may be successfully  
STAGEd with PATCH/iX, but UPDATE or INSTALL using tapes created from that STAG  
will fail with "B000 DEAD".                                                     
                                                                                
Problem was due to a patch process error where modules from another patch       
were incorrectly included when building the UPDATE and INSTALL PMEs.  START,    
DISCUTIL, SAT, STAGE and DUMP were all built correctly.                         
                                                                                
There are no defects with the enhancements made in the original MPEMXT3.        
Therefore MPENX16 for 6.5 and 7.0 is MPEMXT3 rebuilt with new process checks    
to ensure that all PMEs were correctly built.
