This patch delivers an enhanced SLTCOPY version A.02.00 and                     
catalog file.                                                                   
                                                                                
SLTCOPY has been enhanced to handle large SLT or SLT/STORE tapes                
when using the tape-to-disk option. If the initial disk file fills              
continuation files are created in the same manner as TurboIMAGE                 
"chunk" files by appending ".xxx" (where xxx is 1 to 999) to the                
name.                                                                           
                                                                                
The catalog file (SLTCAT00) includes an expanded 'help' section
