Key points
Summary of SQL Security:
The DBA normally does the following:
Creates views on tables.
Creates groups to represent each unique set of users.
Grants appropriate authorities to each user/group.
Adds users (or groups) to groups.
The users then access the database according to the authorities that have been granted either to them or groups to which they belong.
